for international child abduction and disrespect for the law

Dear Dr. Biester,
As a member of Parliament and as a member of the judicial review board
of the State Government of Lower Saxony as well as being an executive council
member on the City council of the City of Wilhelmshaven, I request that
you very clearly make known to the World your position on the following
issues;
My children’s German abducting parent N, born F on the 8.10.99 together
with the psychologist Renate Terlinden of the Institute for child and youth
psychiatry and psycho therapy of the city owned Reinhard-Nieter Hospital,
the Jugendamt social worker Mrs Rita Eden-Reske together planned in a xxxx
like criminal conspiracy xxxx like criminal acts of intimidation and psycho-terror
against me the foreign victim parent. On the 11.10.99 the Jugendamt contacted
the police officer (Kripobeamter) Dieter Has to ask for his co-operation
in the matter, co-operation which they received from him. They together planned
to use the children as bait to get me to a meeting to intimidate me with
the use of psycho-terror. On the 25.10.99 the planned act of xxxx like psycho-terror
was carried out by Kripo officer Dieter Has under the close supervision
of the psychologist Renate Terlinden in her office at the Institute for
child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy. I was ordered to leave Germany
never to return I was ordered to forget that I had children I was told that
if I did not obey instructions that I would have criminal charges laid against
me, for instance I could be planted with drugs.
I reported the incident and other grievances as regards the Jugendamt to
the South African government. When I in defiance of the xxxx like intimidation
returned to Germany in April 2000 I was in fact further intimidated as warned
with bogus criminal charges being laid against me by the Jugendamt in the
person of Dieter Viering, I was forced to pay 1000 DM bail, this was clearly
done so as to warn me to be compliant. The case was tried and I was found
guilty without my knowledge and without my legal representation I was found
guilty and fined 1000DM. This was clear xxxx like terror on the part of
the city of Wilhelmshaven and the German judiciary to prevent me access
to my children.
Evidence to prove my allegations I copied directly from the official Jugendamt
file of the City of Wilhelmshaven, I made the following notes:
08.10.99 Gespräch der Kindesmutter mit den Jungen
in der Institutsambulanz bei Frau Terlinden. ( Die Instantsambulanz hat
Herrn Has Kripobeamter) eingeschaltet, damit dieser am 19.10. am Gespräch
mit Kindesvater teilnimmt.
11.10.99 Tel mit Herrn Has, der grundsätzlich seine Hilfe anbietet.
25.10.99 Kindesvater sieht die Söhne in der Inst.amb: (2 St.)
( no mention of Has or why he should have been there)
Dr. Biester do you personally support the xxxx like activities being defended
by and encouraged by attorney Heiko Lange of your law firm and the
Jugendamt, in the case of the Hickman children abducted to Germany by the
"F family" (the family F are both political party and private friends of
yours and your wife U) eight years ago, if not please speak out publicly
on the issue.
Dr. Biester as a member of the executive committee of the city council
of Wilhelmshaven I expect you to fully investigate these incidents of xxxx
like intimidation against me and my children and to recommend disciplinary
measures against those involved including dismissal from duty and for criminal
charges to be laid against each and every participant in the criminal alliance.
These events, these criminal acts of intimidation are
certainly of no less significance than those committed by the American troops
in Baghdad against Iraq prisoners.
Do you as a German politician and member of parliament as well as a member
of the city council of Wilhelmshaven support such disgusting xxx like behaviour
on the part of social workers and your of own client the abducting children’s
mother N born F in Germany in the year 2004???
As a German politician and member of Parliament are you proud to be personally
involved in the case of the abuse of basic human rights and xxxx like behaviour
towards foreign victim parents???
Dr. Biester as a member of Parliament are you going to something to bring
about an immediate end to these disgusting human rights violations being
committed with your knowledge by your client and her family who are personal
friends of yours and to settle my numerous other grievances????
Dr Uwe Biester are you going to do something about
this matter immediately or are you going to also intimidate me and abuse my
human rights because I have dared to bring to your attention criminal acts
committed under your nose by your client N born F, her Family who are personal
friends of yours, members of the Jugendamt of the city of Wilhelmshaven for
whom you carry responsibility and possibly also the attorney Heiko Lange of
your own law firm.
Are you going to allow others to intimidate me the victim foreign parent
as in the past or continue to abuse my basic human rights because I have
once again made known to the world the disgusting truth of what is going
on here in Wilhelmshaven where all are together in this criminal conspiracy
and xxxx like actions including ministers of the “so called Christian church”
such as the pastors Jochen Dallas and more recently pastor Holger Harrack.
Dr. Uwe Biester do you as a responsible German politician support these
xxxx like activities that you know are going on here, do you support the inhuman
disgusting xxxx like activities of your client N born F, her family F and
other participants in this legal case of child abduction to Germany and the
boycott of access that has followed or are you opposed to such actions?
Dr. Uwe Biester I do expect a reply to this letter
I do not expect you to ignore me once again as you have done to date.
Please make a very clear public statement to the World on the points raised
above.
