Dear Britta,
Please excuse me for once again writing in English.
I have no idea how you as a Christian and as a responsible German citizen
can accept what is going on in my family matter, in particular the degrading
inhuman manner in which I am being treated by certain authorities and officials.
I am certainly not an “Untermensch” and do not appreciate being treated
like one, I come from a very well respected family, which occupies the very
highest social level in society, for instance xxxx and xxxxx are often house
guests of my uncle xxxx living on the xxxx. This same treatment that I
have been experiencing here in Wilhelmshaven I have often witnessed back home
where white officials treated black people as if they were nothing more than
a pile of cow dung. What is going on in Wilhelmshaven in particular
what I experienced today at the district court of Wilhelmshaven is so disgusting,
so revolting that I do not have words to describe what I experienced.
When I go through such experiences it is almost impossible to believe that
I am in a so called civilised country amongst so called civilised people.
What I experienced today I could not even have expected from the former apartheid
regime in South Africa if I had been a black man.
Surely you must hang your head in shame to be a German when such disgusting
acts of human rights abuses are enacted in the name of the law and in the
name of the wellbeing of the children in Wilhelmshaven. What law do they use?
the law of the jungle or the law of xxxx?
I certainly hope that you do have a conscience and a sense of civil responsibility,
that you in your private capacity as a responsible German citizen, as well
as a child of God that you will speak out against such abuses in particular
when one is dealing with abuses of young children for very dubious and criminal
reasons. I expect that you will attempt to hear the true story of what is
going on in the house F and do what you can to stop the child abuse against
my children. As offered once before I invite you for a cup of tee or coffee
when I return so that we can discuss the issues raised above.
As a result of what happened today I am going to travel to Berlin tomorrow,
Thursday the 3 June and will only return once I have sorted out a number of
crucial issues with my Ambassador.
I therefore require from you that horrid, degrading,
inhuman and unnecessary piece of paper that allows me to leave the boundaries
of Lower Saxony, a restriction that was only imposed upon me a very long time
after I was granted permission to remain in Germany, a requirement which can
only serve the purpose of degrading me and to restrict my political and family
law activities.
I will need permission to be in Berlin for at least two weeks although I
hope to have my business completed within a week.
I will call at your office at some time after 1030 tomorrow to collect the
required permission.
With my very kindest regards
Michael Hickman
