Re: My children are in grave danger due to child
and other abuses by their German grandparents
Mrs Dear Mrs Kratshi,
following our telephone conversation earlier today I send you the brief
points of what was discussed issues that need immediate attention.
As briefly related to you serious concerns have been expressed as to the
safety of my children XXXX and XXXX Hickman by Mrs XXXX who is a psychologist
and international expert on international child abductions the effects of
child abuse in particular on abducted children. Mrs XXXX believes that
my children in particular J-M are in immediate danger and need to be immediately
brought into safety.
Here are the relevant parts of my letter to Mrs XXXX and her reply.
From my letter to the international expert
“I would dearly like to be able to write to my children, however none of
my letters have ever got to them and I am more than convinced none will ever
do so as there is far to much at stake for other players in this whole drama.
Furthermore my mother wrote to my children for seven years every week until
arthritis prevented her writing. She never got an answer to her loving interesting
letters adorned with all sorts of pictures. The German mother has stopped
all contact between my mother and my children so as to prevent me all knowledge
of their development and every other aspect of their lives. For years my mother
was not even allowed a photo of my children because she might show it to
me. The German mother has told many people that she will never allow
me contact to my children for what I have done to her. When asked what I
have done to her she never gives an answer or at most says "you will not
understand".
This may have some significance. The German mother used to tell just
about every one she ever met in South Africa how much she hated her father
and that he must pay for what he did to her. I do know that she has blackmailed
her father for years, she used to say to me my father must pay and pay he
will. I have a witness to the fact that her father still gives her large amounts
of cash usually in the garage just before she leaves after visiting his house.
The German mother was severely abused as a child by her father this
led to her being committed to a psychiatric hospital in August 1983 for a
period of a number of months, this led to further problems in South Africa,
which caused our family doctor to refer her to a psychiatrist to help her
deal with her problems stemming from the abuse she experienced at the hands
of her father.
Her father has in turn been involved in a number of incidents of physical
abuse that I and others were witness to. One incident occurred in South African
where J-M was physically abused when he was only two and a half months old
an incident which is well known to a number of people and is well documented,
another happened when he was six months old and so on. The German grandfather
Uwe F. even physically assaulted me in the home of very well to do friends
of mine in Durban, South Africa after he had had too much wine to drink. The
list is ongoing.
The German mother comes from a family that clearly routinely practices
physical abuse, child abuse and other forms of abuse, which has led to her
doing the same to her own children.
A further very disturbing factor is that the The German mother returned
with the children to South Africa on the 20 January 1996 after abducting the
children to Germany on the 29 November 1995 then again disappearing back to
Germany less that 24 hours after returning to South Africa on the 21 January
1996. This is very erratic and very unstable behaviour on the part of the
German mother. One possible and very probable reason for this very unstable
erratic behaviour is the fact that J-M who at the time was just six years
old made serious allegations accusing his grandmother Ursula F. and in particular
his grandfather Uwe F. of very serious physical and possibly other (possibly
even sexual) abuses while he was in Germany, he was so traumatised that he
asked for me to give him a gun so that he could shoot his grandmother Ursula
F., he also asked me to hide him from his grandmother Ursula F. He also made
the same allegations to my father and my (attorney/Judge assessor in the
supreme court) brother and asked both to hide him from his German grandmother
as he was afraid of further abuse from her and that he was in particular
afraid that she would take him back to Germany where he would be subject
to further abuse. J-M was obviously very seriously traumatised. The allegations
made by J-M and his request for a gun to shoot his grandmother Ursula F.
led to a major argument between my father and Ursula F., this happened in
front of my attorney brother, Bruce Hickman, his wife Jacqueline Hickman,
my sister in law Veronica Hickman and my mother Stephney Hickman.
The next day when no one would supply J-M with a gun he concocted his own
plan to kill his German grandmother. He set up a trip rope on a long steep
flight of stairs at my parents home then provoked his grandmother Ursula F.
in the hope that she would chase after him, he then hid himself in waiting
for her to follow so that he could cause her to fall down the steps hoping
that she would die from the fall, fortunately my mother saw what was going
on and prevented him from committing his planned act to kill his grandmother
from Germany.
One does not need to be an expert to realise that J-M
was severely traumatised.
I and the others who were witness to this incident are convinced that the
unpredictable very unstable decision to flee back to Germany less that 24
hours after travelling a third of the way around the
world can only be because Ursula F. was terrified that my father or possibly
my brother Bruce would lay criminal charges against Ursula for child abuse.
In addition J-M most probably had to be taken out of South Africa as soon
as was possible to prevent him from telling us more about the alleged abuses.
Furthermore the reason for preventing me all access to the children in particular
J-M appears to have much to do with this same incident. It would have been
very dangerous for Ursula F. and Uwe F. for me to gain access to J-M because
I would find out exactly the nature of the abuses that he had suffered that
had traumatised him to such a degree that he wanted to kill Ursula. She was
and appears to still be afraid that if I ever gain contact to the children
that I would then have the evidence to lay criminal charges against Ursula
and Uwe F. in particular Uwe who the German mother has herself accused of
abusing her as a child (including sexual abuse).
All that I have now reported has been reported to the
Jugendamt in Wilhelmshaven from the very beginning but they refused to investigate
the matter.
The joker in the pack
is that Ursula F. knew the social worker of the Jugendamt very well, she
also knows Ursula B. very well, the wife of Dr. Uwe Biester the politician
attorney who represents the German mother, the politician attorney who sits
on the government board that appoints and promotes judges and has influence
over the office of the public prosecutor.
Any help that you can give us as a family will be greatly appreciated, in
particular the German mother needs urgent help to sort out her own personal
problems not to help her cover up the crimes of her parents and certainly
not to help her abuse her own children.
The reply from the international expert
Dear Michael,
Thank you for giving me those terrible details of abuse. My heart breaks
for your little boy and the fact that he did not hide in your house
so that he at least would now be safe.
These children appear to me to be in imminent danger on a daily basis. Their
minds and bodies are being tortured. Not abused. Tortured. They are hostages.
It is urgent that we help them. We must consider every possible means.
Amnesty International, Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Children. NPCC. Anyone with power and influence. Let me do some of this.
I fear what has happened here is that their mother was so severely abused,
i.e. tortured herself, that instead of protecting her children like a lioness,
she is still trapped in her own private hell and incapable of helping them.
I feel she needs a warm, soft place to fall. Then she could free her
children and she could begin to work through her own horrendous situation.
She feels so guilty that she cannot protect them, yet she cannot protect them.
She can't let you back into her life because you represent pain and anguish
by association. It is not you personally Michael, it is what you personify
for her.
She needs to not lose face. Believe me, she feels trapped and doesn't know
how to get out of it.
My heart hurts when I think of your children and the
pain they are suffering.
You must do what must be done to help them before they kill not their abusers,
but themselves.
The views of Mrs XXXX have been expressed by a number of other experts who
I have spoken to in the last few weeks including a German psychiatrist who
is familiar with my case a psychiatrist who knows Dr. Winterscheid and his
close association with certain judges in German courts where he writes so
called “psychological reports” tailor made to the requirements
of the judge requesting them so as to prevent one of the parents access to
his of her children. This psychiatrist is going to make a full evaluation
of me in the beginning of October 2004 (a further reason why I must remain
in Germany for the moment) also stating the collaboration between his colleague
Winterscheid and judge Staubwasser in preventing me access to my children.
In conclusion
From what has occurred to date it is becoming more than obvious to all who
are familiar with my entire case that there is behind the scenes co-operation
between the different parties in particular the officials of the Jugendamt
of the city of Wilhelmshaven, the officials of the immigration office of the
city of Wilhelmshaven, the CDU politician and attorney Dr. Uwe Biester,
Mrs Claudia Markworth and the German family judge
Staubwasser to protect the German father Uwe F. for what ever reason in
regards to the sexual and other abuses of the German mother when she was a
child and to cover up what ever abuses have occurred and continue to occur
as regards my children on the part of the German grandparents Uwe and Ursula
F.
To summarise
This is only very brief summary of the abuses and the reasons for me not
being allowed any contact to my children, the full details are far more horrific,
these are major crimes that have been committed.
Prominent politicians are involved in the covering
up of sexual and child abuse.
The officials Ralf Janssen and Britta Kappa of the immigration office are
being used as the ultimate tool to get me out of the way so as to put a lid
on any investigations into my allegations, allegations that are well documented,
allegations to which I have very many witnesses, allegations that will have
major political consequences for the named politician Dr. Uwe Biester.
I am going to pursue this issue to the end even
if I am deported to try to prevent me from doing so, I am going to expose
each and every person involved and each and every person who has failed to
assist in prevent further abuses being carried out and for protecting the
perpetrator of a heinous crime against the victims named..
Obviously if an acceptable solution can be found to the problem I will reconsider
my course of action, but I am no longer prepared to remain quiet or inactive
on these issues.
